Welcome to Cloud MexoShop (https://cloud.mexoshop.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cloud-based e-commerce platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using Cloud MexoShop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. These terms apply to all users, including merchants, developers, and end customers interacting with our platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@cloud.mexoshop.com.
3. Service Usage
Cloud MexoShop provides a SaaS platform for building and managing online stores. You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, malware distribution, or violating third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Taxes and payment processing fees may apply and are your responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform software, logos, trademarks, and documentation are owned by MexoShop Technologies and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your store content, but grant Cloud MexoShop a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it to deliver the service.
6. Data Privacy & Security
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) when collecting or processing customer data through the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cloud MexoShop is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall MexoShop Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard; termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us.
10. Amendments
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant updates will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
